🍅🍳🧀 What is this? Seven steps to?

The seven steps are:

Make shortcrust pastry shells, flour, butter, salt, water.

Chop onion, mushrooms, bacon.

Sauté onion, mushrooms, bacon in olive oil.

Whisk egg custard (eggs, salt and pepper and 2% milk).

Assemble – shell, onion mix and egg custard – add cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled Gorgonzola and shredded Parmesan.

Decorate, green and red peppers, cherry tomatoes and chives.

Add a touch of hot paprika and bake…
