What is going on here?

What do you think this swan is doing? This was taken at the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre, Stratford upon Avon, England. Apparently this swan is a frequent visitor to the theatre’s cafe which is situated next to the River Avon, where it tries to get tidbits from visitors. After which it needs a drink and makes its way inside to the fountain where it has a little swim and drink!
