Odd One Out!

Yes – it’s top left. This is the Columbia River at St Helens, Oregon, USA. The Missoula Flood of 15,000 years ago was an enormous wall of water from Lake Missoula which occurred after the ice dam on the Clark Fork River in Montana broke and ran down the Columbia River at great velocity. Today you can still see the results of the flood. The other places are top right, Stratford on Avon, bottom right, Stratford, London and bottom left is Henley upon Thames.

Check out http://www.mybrittrip.com for many articles in all the English places. For more on the Columbia River see here.
