This photo is a view of Sauvie Island near Portland, Oregon. Note Mount St Helens in the background. Easy to get to from Highway 30, Sauvie Island is just a few miles north of Portland and is one of largest islands in the Columbia River. During the fall the island is famous for several Pumpkin Patches. This photo was taken in the winter.
